Handmade elasticated waist skirt in a Mary Poppins spring feel fabric design. The fabric is 100% cotton and has gold foil details as well as London Landmarks and pretty pale pink designs. This skirt is made to a 23" length and the waist can be made to any measurement that you would like. The full width of the skirt is 86" so the full flare of this skirt will vary according to your waist size, the smaller the waist measurement, the more flare you will get. This fabric is not as wide as the fabrics that I have printed in my own designs.
 
When you complete this order, please complete the custom box to advise what size wasit you would like this skirt to be made in.
 
My website occasionally allows items to oversell, should this happen I will have to refund the person that purchased the oversold items, or offer you an alternative product. If you would not be happy for this to happen to you then please do not purchase.
 
The skirt will be adjusted within 2-3 days of ordering and will then be posted tracked 2nd class post Royal Mail. Your tracking number will be sent to you once I have sent them.
