Every item is handmade by me in my pet-friendly home. Please bear this in mind if you have severe pet allergies.
Despatch Time
All Ready to Ship items will be despatched witing 48 hours of your order being placed.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Tracked 2nd Class). Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
As every item is custom made to your requirements, all sales are final. Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can discuss your concerns.
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaged appropriately.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in the same condition in which it was originally dispatched.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.
Please note that all custom-made and made-to-measure items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are faulty.
