This pre-order is open from 21st August to 31st August.

Once you have chosen the fabric you would like your item made in, please take a note of the name and select it from the fabric design drop down as you check out.
All fabrics have been exclusively designed by Alyssa or Mark for Queen Ursula UK and are not available anywhere else.
Made to Measure
Everything on this website is made to measure. I do not believe in limiting sizing, so every item is created specifically for you.
After placing your order, you will be asked to provide the measurements needed to make your garment. Every garment is made to your individual measurements for the perfect fit.
If you would prefer to order from a size chart instead, one can be provided on request. Simply send me a message or leave a note with your order.
Alterations
If you would like to amend anything from my standard patterns please add them to you order via the Price Adjustment product in my Pre Orders listings. I do not have anything as standard as an alternation for my Tee designs, however if there is an adjustment that you would like to make to your Tee please message me to discuss.
Care Instructions
To help your garment last as long as possible:
- Hand washing is recommended where possible.
- Alternatively, machine wash at 40°C on a gentle cycle.
- Hang to dry.
- Do not tumble dry.
Handmade with Care
Every item is handmade by me in my pet-friendly home. Please bear this in mind if you have severe pet allergies.
Production Time
As this is a pre-order, please allow 12–15 weeks for your order to be completed and dispatched.
This timescale allows for:
- Fabric to be printed and delivered to me.
- Your garment to be individually handmade.
Whenever possible, orders will be completed sooner.
If you have a trip deadline please do reach out to me to advise of this so I can let you know if i can realistically make your item in time.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Tracked 2nd Class). Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
As every garment is custom made to your measurements, all sales are final. Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Deposit Scheme
To make ordering more flexible, this item is available through our Deposit Scheme.
To secure your order, simply enter the code DEPOSIT at checkout. This will allow you to pay 30% of the total order value as a non-refundable deposit.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 70% balance. This balance must be paid in full within 3 months of your order date.
If you would prefer to spread the remaining balance over three payments, please send me a message after placing your order. I will be happy to arrange a split payment plan and issue separate payment requests.
Your order will not be completed or dispatched until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. My Production turnaround time of 12-15 weeks starts when your balance has been paid in full.
Please note that any unpaid balances remaining after 12 calendar months from the original order date will be considered expired. At that point, the outstanding balance can no longer be paid, the order will be cancelled, and any deposit already paid will be forfeited.
